Welcome to RingMyTech. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Our Services

RingMyTech provides remote technology support to seniors via telephone, video call, and secure remote desktop connection. Services include but are not limited to: device troubleshooting, software assistance, scam prevention education, printer and WiFi setup, email and password recovery, smartphone and tablet help, smart TV and streaming setup, and general digital literacy guidance.

2. Eligibility & Account

Our services are available to individuals 18 years and older. By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and Member ID number.

3. Plans & Billing

We offer one-time sessions ($65) and monthly subscription plans ($99, $149, $199/month). Monthly plans are billed on a recurring basis through our secure payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing to a monthly plan, you authorize RingMyTech to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. All prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required.

4. Cancellation Policy

Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties. To cancel, call (609) 928-TECH or email support@ringmytech.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period unless otherwise determined at our discretion.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction during a one-time session, we will provide a full refund upon request. Monthly subscribers who are unsatisfied may contact us within 7 days of their billing date for a prorated refund review. This guarantee applies to genuine technical support efforts and does not cover issues caused by third-party factors outside our control.

6. Remote Access & Privacy

With your explicit verbal or written permission, our technicians may access your device remotely using encrypted, secure software. You may revoke access at any time by closing the remote session window. We will never access your device without your knowledge and consent. We do not store passwords, Social Security numbers, bank account details, or full credit card numbers. Remote sessions may be recorded for quality assurance purposes.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RingMyTech services for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, to harass or threaten our technicians, or to misrepresent your identity or membership status. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for violations of this policy without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

RingMyTech's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, hardware damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, or third-party software issues. RingMyTech is not liable for any damages resulting from your failure to follow our technicians' instructions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we make every effort to resolve your technical issues, we cannot guarantee that all problems will be fully resolved in every case, as outcomes depend on factors including hardware condition, software versions, and internet connectivity.

10. Third-Party Services

RingMyTech may recommend or use third-party tools, software, or services in the course of providing support. We are not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or performance of any third-party services.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active members of material changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
